Cooking Instructions

Sift flour in a bowl add d remaining dry ingredients.

Whisk egg n add, add melted butter, form a crumbs then add ur warm water and knead, knead for 15min until soft n non sticky. Mould into ball and arrange in a greased baking pan line with parchment paper.

Egg wash n sprinkle black seed or sesame(optional)

Allow to rise for an hour then bake.

Enjoy with hot tea.
