Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bunchspinach leaves
  2. 1tomato
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tspginger-garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tspcrushed black pepper
  6. as per taste Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker boil spinach leaves and tomato for 3 whistles.

    Mash it nicely and sieve it well and keep aside the seived portion.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Add seived portion of spinach and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add salt and crushed black pepper,mix well and cook it for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Spinach Soup is ready to serve.
