Ingredients

30 mins
10 to 12 kebabs
  1. 1 cupwalnuts
  2. About 200 grams paneer
  3. Handfulcoriander leaves
  4. fewmint leaves
  5. 2-3 piecesgarlic
  6. Half inchginger
  7. 2 teaspoonskashmiri Red chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  9. half tsp chat masala
  10. Half tsp garam masala
  11. Half tsp Amchur powder
  12. Half tsp jeera
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. as requriedOil or ghee for frying
  15. 2 to 3 green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast walnuts. When they r cool down. Pulse it two three times.

    In a chopper add all the ingredients except ghee or oil and mix them also add walnuts in the end.

    Now take out in a bowl. Give the desired shape of kebabs. Make all the kebabs.

    Now take non stick pan. Add ghee or oil. Shallow fry them till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve them with ketchup or mint chutney.
