Ingredients

  1. 1 packetmaggi
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1/2capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1carrot finely chopped
  5. 1medium sized onion finely chopped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 2-3 tbspgreen peas
  8. 10bread slices
  9. 1/4 cupbutter on room temperature
  10. 1/2 cupcheese
  11. 1 tbsporegano
  12. 1 tbspchilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the water in pan add maggi and cook it well. Once it's done strain the water and keep aside.

    Then take a pan add oil and heat it. Once it's done add onion, capcicum, carrot, peas in it and mix well. Cook it in medium flame for 3-4 minutes then add tomatoes and little bit of salt. Mix it well.

    Then add maggi tastemaker and 3-4 tbsp water. After that add boiled maggi and give it a nice mix your maggi is ready. Keep aside

    To prepare discs, take bread slices and cut them in round shape with a cutter. Keep aside half of the round shaped bread and cut smaller rings out of rest of the round bread, we are going to use round bread as base and rings on the top of round bread.Now spread butter on the round bread slices, put a ring on top of each bread slice and make sure the rings stick to the round bottom bread slice properly. Add maggi in the center of rings till the level of bread.

    Then add cheese, oregano and chilli flakes on it. Place all the rings on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degree for about 8-9 minutes or till rings are golden brown in colour.
