  1. 250 gmcastor beans
  2. 2 cupWater
  3. 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  4. 1 teaspoonRed pepper
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. As neededOil
  7. 1 teaspoonGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil castor beans with 2cup of water in pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Take pan,put oil and after it is heated put boiled castor beans

  3. 3

    Add turmeric,red pepper salt, garam masala and it stir with spatulla and cover with lid for some time in low flame.

  4. 4

    Stir in regular interval up to 5minutes

  5. 5

    Now enjoy with dal and chapati or chawal
