Ingredients

  1. 250 grjimikand
  2. 4-5 tablespoonmustard oil
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 3onions
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspcorinder pow
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli pow

Cooking Instructions

    First remove the skin, wash and boil jimikand give only 2 whistles and in one strainer remove the jimikand

  2. 2

    Grind onions and tomatoes and make fine paste in pan add mustard oil and add this grind paste along with ginger garlic paste and all dry masalas

  3. 3

    Now when the boil jimikand cools down then in other pan take mustard oil and fry it

  4. 4

    When your masala is ready then add all fried jimikand in the masalas with little water and cover it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes

    Serve with paratha or chapati
