  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 1 cupsoyabean flour
  3. 1 cupwheat flour
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 1onion
  6. 2-3green chillies
  7. as per tastesalt
  8. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop green chillies, ginger & onion

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients and make dough.

  3. 3

    Make a ball and roll to form circular roti.

  4. 4

    Heat tandoor and roast roti on it.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with butter and curd.
