Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcooked moong
  2. 1 tbsmustard seeds
  3. 1/2 tbsp hing
  4. 1 chopped onions
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 2 chilli chopped
  7. 15 curry leaves
  8. 1 lemon juice
  9. 3 tbsp coriander
  10. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  11. 1 tbsp chilli powder
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  14. 1 tsp Garlic/ ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked moong for 3 hours now add salt and turmeric water in moong and pressure cook for 4 whistle.

    Now heat the oil add mustard seeds hing and turmeric now add green chilli garlic ginger onions and sauté till onions become pink. Now add tomato and cook well.

    Now add all dry masala and water if needed. Add lemon juice curry leaves and coriander. Cook well and serve.
