Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmacaroni
  2. 1/3capsicum
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 1.5 tbspgrated cheese
  7. 2.5 cupsmilk
  8. As per tasteTo taste salt
  9. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 3 tbspbutter
  11. 1 tbspflour
  12. 2 tbspcorn

Cooking Instructions

    Cut carrot, capsicum into pieces. Chop onion. Boil macaroni into salty water for 2 minutes, drain water and keep aside.

    Add 2 tbsp butter into the pan. After 10 seconds add flour. Saute for 2 minutes in low flame. Add milk gradually and saute until thick. In another pan add 1 tbsp batter.

    Add chopped garlic. Saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped carrot, corn and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes. Add to the milk mixture. Add boiled macaroni. Add salt and pepper powder. Mix. Add cheese. Mix and serve.
