Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspaneer (grated)
  2. 1 tspcoriander powder
  3. 1 tspjeera powder
  4. 1 tspchaat masala
  5. 1/2 tspamchur (dry mango) powder
  6. 2-3green chilli (chopped)
  7. As required Fresh coriander for garnishing
  8. 1/2 cupCheese
  9. For paratha-
  10. 1 cupwheat flour
  11. as per taste Salt
  12. 1/2 tspajwain
  13. 1 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take one big plate for kneading the atta. Add salt, oil, azwain and knead a soft dough. Make small balls and keep aside

    Take one plate add oil then add heeng and add grated paneer and all spices. add salt and cheese Stuffing is ready.

    Roll the balls and put the stuffing in the center and fold it from all side. Then roll it like a roti and heat the tawa and cook it from both side with desi ghee. Granish with cheese and Serve paratha with your loved ones.
