Cooking Instructions

Take a 1/2cup milk in a mixer jar. Wash chopped lemongrass add in a mixie jar n churn. Now take another milk in a pan. Add lemongrass puree mix cornflour GMS powder CMC powder sugar cornflour mix well. And turn on the flame. Stir cont. On mid. Flame. Till milk mixture boil. Now turn off the flame and filter the mixture. Allow it to cool at room temp. Now transfer in an airtight container. Keep in a freezer for 7-8hrs. The ice cream base is ready.

Now take base ice cream and chopped into pieces. Take in a big vessel. And beat with an electric beater. till it is soft. Now add green food color and whipped Cream beat again Lastly mix desiccated coconut mix with spatula and transfer in airtight container. Again keep in a freezer overnight. Lemon Grass Ice cream is ready.
