Ingredients

2 to 3 servings
  1. 1 bowlRajma
  2. 1grated potato
  3. as requiredChopped onion
  4. as requiredChopped garlic
  5. 3-4 spoonsSemolina
  6. 1 spoonBlack pepper
  7. 1 spoonSalt
  8. 1 spoonMaggi masala
  9. 1/2 spoonRed chilli powder
  10. Halflemon juice
  11. as per requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak 1 cup rajma in enough water for 12 hours.

  2. 2

    Drain off the water and transfer to a pressure cooker.pressure cook for 6 whistles or until rajma turns soft.

  3. 3

    Now grind the boil Rajma in mixer n make a paste. Add chopped onion, grated Potato, green chiily, chopped coriander leaves n semolina.

    Add all masala and mix it well. Make round shape ball from all mixtures.

  5. 5

    Make round shape Tikki. Take a pan, Heat one spoon ghee. Put Tikki on it and roast from both sides.

    Now it's ready to serve with chutney😋 garnish it.
