Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsGreen peas
  2. 250 gramspaneer
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 2chopped onion
  5. 5-10cashew
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. As required desi ghee
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. 1 tspKashmiri mirch
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  13. 1/2 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a Pan heat the deshi ghee and roast the paneer till light brown

  2. 2

    Now take a kadhai heat the oil and add jeera and saute it now add ginger garlic paste and onion and cook till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree add all spices and mix well

  4. 4

    Now add boiled peas and required water and cook 5to 10 minutes medium flame

  5. 5

    Now add paneer and mix well and cook 5 minutes low flame

  6. 6

    Off the flame and serve hot with chapati
