Ingredients

  1. 200 gmswhole wheat flour
  2. 50 gmsbesan
  3. 1 bunchwashed and chopped methi leaves
  4. 1 tsp each sugar
  5. 1 tsp, haldi,
  6. 1 tsp jeera,
  7. as required coriander powder
  8. as per taste Salt and chilli powder
  9. as required Water for mixing
  10. as requiredOil for frying paratha

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and make a dough.

    Make small balls.

  3. 3

    Roll into chapati and shallow fry on a tawa.
