Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-4 servings
  1. 700 gramsmutton mins (keema)
  2. 1big bunch of fresh fenugreek leaves
  3. 2onions
  4. 3 tablespoonsoil
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 glasswater
  10. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly wash & clean keema run under tap water until the red water is drained.set aside further take a pressure cooker pop in chopped onions,all spices,cleaned & chopped fenugreek leaves,water,oil and keema together stir to combine.cover the lid & cook until 3-4 whistles open the lid later & cook until oil separates add coriander leaves.

    Our deliciously awesome one pot keema methi is ready to serve with white rice or chapati…!
