Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 cupmawa
  3. 1/2 cup sugar powder
  4. 3-4 green cardamom
  5. 2 tbsp thinly sliced almond
  6. 2 tbspthinly sliced Cashewnuts
  7. 1 tbsp chiroji
  8. 2 tbsp Kishmish finely chopped
  9. 2 tbspPistachio finely chopped
  10. 2 tbsp cornflour
  11. 2 tbsp thick ghee
  12. 2 tbsp Dalda
  13. As neededwater
  14. As RequiredGhee/oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2 tbsp hot dalda in maida and mix 10 min with palm.
    add water little by little prepare soft dough.
    cover and let it rest for half n hour.

    Prepare Sata-
    Mix cornflour and thick ghee very well and make a paste. keep this aside.

    Prepare to stuff-
    mix all dry fruits and sugar in mawa and give it a good mix keep aside.

    Divide dough into four-part. roll all 4 thick roti, keep aside

    Take one roti and spread sata evenly, put second roti again spread sata.. repeat till 4 roti... now give it cylinder shape cut in small size.

    Now roll small roti and stuff with mawa mix fix with water. cover and give design with folk or gujiya maker.

    Heat ghee and deep fry all Gujiya in low -medium flame.
