  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 cupdal
  3. As Per Taste Salt
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder(as per your taste)
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  9. 1/2 tspheeng
  10. 1 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal for 10 minutes and drain the water. Take one cooker to add daal with salt, water, Haldi, and chopped tomatoes. Pressure cook for 3 vessels and put the flame off.

    Take one pan heat desi ghee to add jeera, Hing, onion, and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add red chili and put the flame off. Pour the mixture into the daal. Serve With hot rice and mix pickles and salad.

    Cook the rice according to your choice and serve rice with dal arhar.
