Ingredients

1 small jar
  1. 4medium size sliced onion
  2. 6-8 clovesgarlic
  3. 3-4kasmiri dry lal mirch
  4. 1 tbspmustard oil
  5. For Tempering
  6. 1 tspblack mustard seeds
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/3 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1/3 tspcoriander seeds
  10. 8-10curry leaves
  11. 2dry lal mirch
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 2 tbspimli syrup
  14. 1 tbspjaggery powder
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1/2 cupwater
  17. 1 tbspmustard oil
  18. as required Adjust oil and mirchi as per taste in

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan first add garlic cloves & saute for a seconds,than add sliced onions with kashmiri mirch.

    When onion gets transparent turn off the flame.let it cool.Transfer this mixture in a blender jar and blend to a paste.

    Again heat oil in a pan add all tempering ingredients when splutter add onion paste followed by red chilli powder and salt.

    Also add water, imli syrup and jaggery powder till becomes thick.

    Cook till chutney separate from oil. We can use n preserve this chutney in a jar.Enjoy this teekhi,meethi and khati chutney.
