Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan first add garlic cloves & saute for a seconds,than add sliced onions with kashmiri mirch.

When onion gets transparent turn off the flame.let it cool.Transfer this mixture in a blender jar and blend to a paste.

Again heat oil in a pan add all tempering ingredients when splutter add onion paste followed by red chilli powder and salt.

Also add water, imli syrup and jaggery powder till becomes thick.

Cook till chutney separate from oil. We can use n preserve this chutney in a jar.Enjoy this teekhi,meethi and khati chutney.
