Cream of Mushroom Cornbread with Sausage
A concoction that the grandkids want more and more of.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit. Gather the ingredients cornmeal, diced onion, flour, butter, seasonings, baking powder, and sugar. Knead together.

Add sausage, eggs, and knead well.
- 3
Add the milk, vinegar, and cream of Mushroom soup. Mix very well form like a batter. Pour into a nonstick pan. Bake 22-28 minutes or until the sides are pulled away from the pan.

Let rest 12 minutes and serve. I hope you enjoy!!
