Buckwheat Onion Paratha.
Cooking Instructions

Take a mixing bowl, add buckwheat ata & whole wheat ata. Add in salt, ajwain, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, mix well. Now add onion & green chilli, mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough, rest it for 15 minutes. Now brush oil, knead it again, keep aside.

Take small portions of the dough, make balls. Roll them, make small poori.

Brush oil onto it, seal the edges. Roll it again, make a round Paratha. Make all the parathas in the same manner.

Take an iron tawa, heat it. Brush some oil, moderate the flame.

Place the Paratha over the tawa, cook it for 2 minutes. Flip it, again cook it for 2 minutes.

Brush ghee or oil on the upper side of the Paratha, flip it, brush oil or ghee on the other side too. Cook it until both side become light brown.

Take out on an absorbent paper, plate it in a serving dish. Have it with curd, chutney or Aloo sabzi.
