Mix semolina & curd add eno mix well

Add 2 tablespoon oil heat the oil and add 1 tablespoon mustard seeds saute for a few seconds

Add copped onion and saute for 3 minutes

Add chopped capsicum and saute for 2 minutes & add chopped tomato saute for 2-3 minutes

Now add salt, red chilly powder & turmeric
- 6
Saute for 2 minutes then add the idlis mix well and add 1 spoon of tomato ketchup. Mix well. Idli is Ready to serve
