Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsSooji
  2. 1 piecelarge Chopped onion and tomato
  3. 1Chopped Green chilli
  4. 1 tbspGrated ginger and lemon juice
  5. 3-4 pieceCurry leaves
  6. 4-5 pieceCashew
  7. 1 tbspSpilt urad dal and chana dal
  8. 1 tbspCummin seeds
  9. 1/4 tbspMustard seeds and red chilli powder
  10. as required Cooking oil and water
  11. as required Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a frying pan and roast the sooji for 4-5 mins till it starts changes it's color.

    Now take another frying pan and put some cooking oil and put mustard and Cummin seeds and fry it. Now put cashew and sugar in the frypan and fry it. Now put urad dal and chana dal and mix them properly in the oil.

    Now add curry leaves, grated ginger, green chili, and onion in the oil and fry it on medium flame. Put some lemon juice also and in the end, add chopped tomato in the frying pan. Stir it and heat it for 4-5 mins.

    Stop the flame and let them cool. Take a bowl and put the mixture in that bowl to get bowl shape and take the upma and serve a little hot.
