Rabdi (Karwa chauth special)

#KC
In India, married women observe fast on karwa chauth.. They do not eat or drink during the day. Previous night they have " Sargi" That is some sweet food, they have early in the morning and then the next day the fasting starts.
This vrat is observed for the long life of their husband. In the evening all women gather and do pooja. They get ready with mehndi, red saree and all ornaments they were as a bride. At night when moon appears they do the pooja of moon and the husband too. After that they can eat and drink in the dinner.
Here this "Rabdi" I have cooked for sargi. Its heavy food so you will not feel hungry the whole day. I preferred the gits rabdi premix to spare some time for festivity. It us cooked in less time though tastes to yummy😋
