Raw banana and rajma cutlets

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, put the grated banana. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, curry powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala.
Next add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, and chopped coriander leaves. - 2
Mix well. Next, add the boiled rajma to the mixture. Mash coarsely and mix.

Next, make fresh bread crumbs. Add into this mixture. Add cornflour too. Mix all very well.
Next, brush some oil on the prepared mixture.
Next, take almost equal portions of the mixture and make them into cutlets of any preferred shape.
Keep the raw cutlets in the fridge until they are fried. - 4
Now heat oil for shallow frying.
Put the cutlets in medium-hot oil.
Fry from both sides till it's golden brown and crispy.
Drain extra oil.
Serve hot! - 5
You can fry these cutlets by coating them in sooji.
