Mushroom matar masala is creamy mushrooms and pea curry is one of my favourites! I’ve only had this restaurant-style curry once before, but I knew at first bite it was heavenly! This recipe came to be because I was craving a light meal after a day of indulgence! Although simple and light, this creamy mushroom matar masala! This vegetarian curry is absolutely satisfying and only takes about 20 minutes to make!

Mushroom matar masala is creamy mushrooms and pea curry is one of my favourites! I’ve only had this restaurant-style curry once before, but I knew at first bite it was heavenly! This recipe came to be because I was craving a light meal after a day of indulgence! Although simple and light, this creamy mushroom matar masala! This vegetarian curry is absolutely satisfying and only takes about 20 minutes to make!
Cooking Instructions

Take a pan put oil, onion, garlic, Kaju, tomato, and ginger.

Roast for 5 mins and grind it.

Take kadai put oil, chopped onion keep on low flame for 2 minutes.

Add grinded paste.
- 5
And put fresh cream, red Chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt and mix well.

Put mushroom, matar and mix well
- 7
Keep on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves and your yummy Mushroom Matar Masala is ready to Serve.
