Ingredients

  1. 250 gramPaneer/ Cottage Cheese
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 3 tspCorn flour
  4. as requiredOil for deep fry + 2 tsp oil for Cooking
  5. 1 tspChoppd ginger
  6. 1 tspchopped garlic
  7. 1cubed onions
  8. 1cubed Capsicum
  9. as requiredChilli according to taste
  10. 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  11. 2 tspgreen chilli Sauce
  12. 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  13. 1/2 tspSchezwan sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly in a bowl take Cottage paneerand toss the flours to coat the paneer.

    Heat oil in a kadia and deep fry for 2 -3 minutes.

    Now heat 2 tsp oil and add chop ginger and garlic and fry in high flame for 10 seconds.

    After 10 seconds add onion, capsicum,green chillies and toss for 2 minutes in high flame. Now in the bowl add water and add in half of it in the kadai

  5. 5

    Now add white pepper powder, chilli sauce,soya sauce,venegar

  6. 6

    Now add Schezwan sauce and mix well. Now add fired paneer and mix well.If you want gravy you can bit of water.

    Now serve hot with Fried Rice
