Wheat flour- dates & banana cake

This is healthy n tasty tea time cake. Here I have tried to use very healthy ingredients. Dates and banana will make the cake sweet. Here I had added 1 tbsp honey but you can skip if don't want much sweet. Depends on your taste, however, all are natural sweet used.

Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 6-7dates (seedless)
  4. 1ripe banana
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  7. 1 tspvanilla essence
  8. 1 tbsphoney
  9. 1 tspbaking powder
  10. 1/2 tspbaking soda

    Keep the ingredients ready and measure them. Soak dates in luke warm milk for 10 minutes. In a mixture jar add this milk with dates, banana, vanilla essence and oil. Churn them well.

    Now seive the dry ingredients and add in wet ingredients, add honey and mix it well. Preheat the oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes. Now pour the mixture in the tin after lining with parchment paper and bake it on 180 degree for 25 minutes.

    You can check inserting the tooth pick. As its done, take out to cool it down. Then unmould the cake.

    Its time to cit and serve the cake with tea or coffee.. Enjoy!!!
