Ingredients

20-25 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 200 gmButton Mushrooms
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 2-3chopped Garlic
  4. 1small chopped Onion
  5. 1 tspSalt or to taste
  6. 1 tspcrushed Black Pepper
  7. 2-3 tbspchopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and clean all the mushrooms thoroughly well until all the dirt and grime is gone. Now slice into 2 or 3 from the centre.

    Meanwhile heat up oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onion. Saute until translucent. Now is the time to add sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook until done for about 10-12 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper next and mix well. Adjust accordingly. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy!
