Easy Simple Quick Shahi Paneer

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan add 3tsp oil, add Jeera, garlic, ginger and saute for 2 mins, then add chopped onion, cashew, green chilli and little salt and saute for 4 to 5 mins on low Flame till its golden. Let the mixture cool down and then grind into fine paste. If required add little water.

Now in same pan add 2 tsp Oil and 2tsp ghee and then add the white paste into the pan and add little water and cook on low Flame for at least 3 to 4 mins. Then add black pepper, salt, mix well. Cook till the Gravy is little thick.

Now add fresh cream and milk, mix well once the Gravy is little thick and properly cooked add Paneer cubes to white Gravy. In the end add crushed kasuri methi and mix well. Shahi Paneer is ready to Serve with paratha and lachcha pyaaz. Enjoy.
