Melt the ghee.then put the ghee in maida / wheat flour {not all quantity} & mix it nicely. When we aur rubbing ghee & flour it should be like bread crumbs. It will be mutthi bandh.add little warm water and press cover and keep it for 1 hour. After 1 hr open with fingers

Grind it in mixer or rub it with the palms of both hands & sieve, keep in mind that the grains shouldn’t too thick When mogari is ready, they will put it in pan and roast it on slow flame When the smells good, the roast { light pink } then turn off the gas, don't have to brown it, if you make it with wheat flour then you see the color is like almond otherwise it’s light pink

Let it cool then mix ground sugar and add some ghee and mix it well it's like churma
Now mix sliced almond pistachio with saffron and cardamom powder and mix well add Mishri pieces & rose petals
Our Magadh is ready ; enjoy with ready Magadh white white khaja
