Spring onion Paratha
Cooking Instructions

First make a soft smooth dough with salt and warm water and rest it for ten mins. Now finely chop the spring onion. Add chilli powder and salt to it.

To this for sourness add dry mango powder and mix well. Next step is to roll out the dough and grease it with oil.

Now sprinkle the spring onion and pat it down so that it sticks to the rolled out roti.Fold it length wise and width wise.

Roll it out into a rectangle. On a hot tawa cook it on both side with oil. Serve hot is a spicy sauce.
