Ingredients

  1. 25-30 gramsspaghetti
  2. cubesCapsicum
  3. cubesOnion
  4. piecesFew broccoli
  5. 2 tspcrushed garlic
  6. Chopped green onion as required
  7. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  8. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  9. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  10. 1 tspvinegar
  11. 1 tspsoya sauce
  12. 1 tspcornflour
  13. Some sesame seeds (optional)
  14. For chicken balls
  15. 100 gramschicken
  16. podsFew garlic
  17. 2 tbspspring onion
  18. 2 tspmustard oil
  19. 1 tspvinegar
  20. 1 tspsoya sauce
  21. 1chopped green chilli
  22. 1& half tbsp chopped onion
  23. 2small cubes of capsicum
  24. 1 tbspchopped coriander (optional)
  25. Salt to taste
  26. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the spaghetti in water by adding 2 tsp of oil and some salt. Oil is essential during boiling so that the spaghetti doesn't stick to each other. Then strain the them on a strainer. Apply some oil over it and give a gentle mix. Now keep this aside. In the same pan just blanch the broccoli pieces for about a minute.

    Now we will prepare chicken balls. For that first cut the chicken into small pieces than add this in a mixing jar. Then add all the ingredients mentioned above in the section like chopped onion, capsicum, spring onion, green chilli, garlic pods, salt, mustard oil, vinegar, soya sauce and mustard oil. Now blend them into a smooth paste.

    Now with the double boiler method, just apply some oil over the strainer/plate and make small balls out of the chicken paste and place them over the strainer. Now cover the vessel and let it steam for 30 minutes. Now remove them and keep it aside.

    Now take a pan; add 2 tsp of oil & shallow fry or saute the chicken balls for about 2 minutes and keep this aside.

    In a small bowl, add all the sauces mentioned above like green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix everything well and keep it aside.

    Now heat a pan, add a tsp of oil and saute the onion and capsicum cubes along with the broccoli pieces for about 30 seconds and keep them aside.

    Next in the same pan, add 2 tsp of crushed garlic. Saute it for about 30 seconds then add the prepared sauce mixture in it. Then add some chopped spring onion and mix it.

    For making cornflour slurry, add little water and 2 tsp cornflour. Mix them well without any lumps. Now add this mixture in the pan. Mix it well. Then add fried chicken balls, broccoli and fried capsicum and onion cubes. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds too. Now coat everything well with the sauce mixture.

    Then add boiled spaghetti and finally combine everything well. Switch off the flame and garnish it with some more chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
