Sattu Paratha With Jawar Flour

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 katori jowar flour
  2. 1 katori boiled water with little salt & 1/4 tsp ghee
  3. 1 katori homemade sattu powder { grind Chana & make }
  4. 1small onion 🧅 finely chopped
  5. 1green chili chopped
  6. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tspchili powder
  8. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  9. Pinchhing
  10. 1/4 tspamchoor powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/4 tspajwain
  13. 2 tspmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In boiling water add salt ghee & jawar flour mix it & cover for 15-20 min till that will make sattu masala for stuffing paratha

    In a bowl all sattu powder & all spices & mix well correct the seasoning & put mustard oil it should not very sticky

  3. 3

    Now rub the flour very well & take a small orange size ball ; littroll it’s & fill the stuffing & close it very lightly & roll it lightly with rolling pin

  4. 4

    Heat the tawa on gas put the paratha on after few seconds flip the paratha & roast with ghee both side till golden spot on paratha or golden color

  5. 5

    Enjoy with choice of your pickle / garam a garam masala chai ☕️
