Ingredients

  1. 1serving
  2. 2 cupsafang
  3. 3 buncheswaterleaf
  4. 1 tablespooncrayfish
  5. 1 tablespoongrinded pepper
  6. 4 cubesmaggi
  7. Halfteaspoon of salt
  8. 1small cup of palmoil
  9. 1 cupperiwinkle
  10. 1onion
  11. 4smoked fish
  12. 10 piecesmeat
  13. 1small cup of water
  14. 2stock fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash ur beef,smoked fish stock fish and periwinkle with hot water and salt

  2. 2

    Spice the beef,smoked fish, periwinkle And stockfish with Maggi,salt,onion and grinded pepper.

    Boil the beef for 20minutes

  4. 4

    When the stock water has almost dried you add crayfish,pepper and palm oil

  5. 5

    Leave it to boil for 3 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the waterleaf and leave for 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Then add the afang With a pinch of salt

  8. 8

    Stir and leave to boil for 2 minutes

  9. 9

    Ready to serve

  10. 10

    This soup is best served with Eba,semovita,fufu or pounded
