I'm always looking for a way to vegan-ize common recipes and this mixture is gold. I was surprised how yummy it turned out in comparison to other mixtures I've tried. It wasn't super dense like my other attempts. I like that it was sweet as well (without being overpowering). ☺️

whenever we have mushy bananas hanging around, i make banana bread and always used our families go-to recipe. recently my hubby had a really rough night at work and i wanted to cheer him up with some, but i only had half the sugar i needed, so i decided to try it using half brown sugar, and it came out fantastic! btw, this recipe makes 1 standard loaf and 12 mini muffins. how you enjoy it as much as we did!

This was incredibly delicious and moist. Gluten free and almost vegan. I used okara water and oil to substitute eggs but you can use eggs instead. Im always craving desserts and this was perfect. Grounded wild rice to make it into a flour as well as the oatmeal and it worked perfectly. Give it a try!!
