Cooking Instructions

Take gulab jamun premix in a pot add some milk and make a soft dough. Apply ghee on your hands and make small balls of that dough

Add ghee in the kadai and fry the balls until golden brown

In a medium size pot take sugar add 3 cups of water and put this on medium flame, stir continuously, until sugar dissolves. Add some kesar sticks. Make cardamom powder and add in the syrup.

Now in the hot syrup add gulab jamuns, put the flame on until it boils. Now turn off the flame, put the jamuns in the sugar syrup to soak that syrup....rest it for 4 to 5 hours.

Gulab jamuns are ready for God ganeshas prasadam.

You might be wondering why am I saying that only a few people know of Indian cuisine; there are thousands upon thousands of Indian dishes recipes online. Am I delusional?The word curry is what the English use to name any sauces or gravies they found in India during their colonization. There are thousands upon thousands of different "curries" in India. You cannot find the same food in every mile of the Indian streets; every dish has many different variations and each has it's own unique taste. It is really that complex. Tikka Masala was not even founded in India, it is invented by the English. Naan is from Persia. Even tea was introduced by the English, Indians' main cup of beverages are milk or spiced water. Indian cuisine has suffered a huge misconception.When you are googling about Indian cuisine, your results will be curries, tikka masala and naan!
