Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoaked sabudana for 5 hours
  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. 5curry leaves
  4. 1small boiled potato diced
  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. 1 tbspgroundnut
  7. 1 tbspgroundnut powder
  8. 1green chilli chopped (optional)
  9. 1/2 tsprock salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the ghee in a pan.

    Once hot add the cumin seeds and curry leaves.

    Once it splutters add the groundnut and cook for a minute.

  4. 4

    Now add the diced boiled potatoes, green chillies and cook for another 1 minute.

    Now drain off any excess water from the soaked sabudana and add to the pan.

  6. 6

    Stir for a minute on low flame and add the groundnut powder.

  7. 7

    Add the rock salt and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

  8. 8

    After 2 minutes remove from the stove and serve hot.
