Cooking Instructions

Follow the instructions on the pack of the udon noodles. In my pack it mentioned drain it and wash it so I did that.

Now chop all the veggies and keep aside.

In a pan add chopped garlic sauté till brown then add chopped mushrooms cook it for 5 mins to it add corn and give it a mix.

Now add capsicum and carrot and mix it.

Mix in Maggie masala please do not add salt as the masala has salt, sprinkle water mix and cover and cook till the veggies turn soft.

In a bowl add peanut butter, soya sauce, vinegar.

Honey and chilli flakes.

Boil water and add it to the above mixture and make a good paste.Add this paste to the veggies mix cover and simmer for one minute.

Now add the drained udon noodles and mix well. Add tomato sauce, mix and cover again for the flavour to mix well with the noodles.
