Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbajra flour
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 1 glasswater

    Take big flat plate in that take Bajra flour. Bajara is sweet in test so while making bhakri add pinch of salt. Then add water little bit for making smooth dough.

    When proper dough is making put some sasme seeds now now sprinkle some Bajra flour in flat plate and then keep this dough and with help of hand palm slowly turn round this dough. So that you can get circular shape bhakri. Side by side preheat tawa on gas and immediately transfer your bhakri in tawa.

    Then take water and spread on upper side fastly. When when upper water layer become dry change the side of bhakri with the help of spatula. Keep this birthday on medium claim for next 2 to 3 minutes when side corners becomes separated with tawa with the help of spatula again turn your bhakri. Traditional ly bhakri keep on flame for roasting. But you can roast in tawa also.

    Your bhakri is ready. Bajara bhakri is it with bhogi bhaji. You can also try with non veg recipes.
