  1. 2large potatoes
  2. 100 gspring onion chopped with greens
  3. 1 cupvegetable stock
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  6. 1 tspchopped parsley or coriander
  7. 1/2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook the potatoes, onion with greens and stock. Blend and strain

  2. 2

    Heat the soup add salt and pepper and mix well. Add lemon juice serve hot garnish with parsley or coriander.
