  1. 2 cupsready idli dosa batter
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. Handful of coriander leaves chopped
  4. 1/2 cup methi leaves chopped
  5. 1/4 cup spring onion chopped
  6. 2 tspoon chilli garlic paste
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a vessel add idli dosa batter.Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, methi leaves, and chopped spring onion,salt and mix well together.

    Now add chilli garlic paste.Mix well.

    Heat a appe pan.Add little bit oil.Add one tablespoon batter.Cover and cook for five minutes.Flip and cook another side till golden brown and Serve hot with green chutney.
