Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupCluster Beans (Chopped)
  2. 1 tbspDry Coconut (Grated)
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 1/2 tbspCumin
  5. 1Green Chilli
  6. 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  7. 1 tbspCoarsed Groundnut
  8. 1/2 tspSalt or to taste

    In a pan, heat the oil on medium flame.

    Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  3. 3

    3.Add the chopped cluster beans to the pan. Sauté for 2–3 minutes Add green chilli and again sauté for 2–3 minutes.

    Transfer in a bowl or plate and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.

    Then coarsely ground with the help of Khalbatta or you can use mixi as well.

    Again heat the 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the grated dry coconut, Red chilli powder and coarsely ground groundnut. Also add coarsely ground cluster beans, add Salt to taste and give everything a good mix.

    7.Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing all the flavors to combine well.

    8.Switch off the flame. Your Cluster Bean Thecha is ready! Serve hot with roti, bhakri, or rice.
