Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupsthin rice flakes
  2. 1/2 cupgrated fresh coconut
  3. 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. Handful of coriander leaves
  8. 1 table spoon oil
  9. Mustard seeds,salt, pinch of asafoetida
  10. One lemon
  11. One teaspoon sugar
  12. Few curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast pohe for two minutes.Keep aside.Cool.

    Chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and tomato finely.

  3. 3

    Mix together pohe, grated coconut, chilli pieces, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, sugar,saltand lemon juice.

    In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add curry leaves asafoetida and roasted peanuts.Saute for few seconds.

    Add this tadka to poha.Mix well and serve immediately.
