    Separate the eggs.

    Beat egg white and sugar until soft peak.

  3. 3

    Add egg yolk, whisk it slowly clockwise.

  4. 4

    Add sifted flour and salt.

  5. 5

    Mix it well and pour into greased bowl/tin.

  6. 6

    Prepare your steamer. Steam it for 15-20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Switch off the heat. Let it be 1 minutes in the steamer and remove it out. Let it cool down before unmold it.

  8. 8

    Unmold it and steamed sponge cake is ready.
