  1. 1 cupgrated cabbage
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupbesan
  4. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspginger past
  8. 2 tspcoriander levels
  9. Salt to tast
  10. Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a deep along with appox 1/2 cup water and mix well.

    Grease a non-stick mini uttapa pan with a little oil.

  3. 3

    Pour a little batter in each uttapa mould and spread it lightly.

  4. 4

    Cook on a medium flame, using a little oil they golden brown in colour from both the side.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.enjoy.
