Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer (cube)
  2. 2 tspbutter
  3. 1large onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 1 pinchsugar
  9. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  10. 1 tspKasuri methi
  11. Salt to taste
  12. For garnish
  13. 2 tspgreen coriander levels
  14. 2-3cheese (cube)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up oil in a pan and add butter allow it to melt it down.add finely chopped onion in it and saute it till gets light golden brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste, Coriander powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder and give a good mix. Allow it to cook if for 30 minutes.

    Add tomatoes puree,sugar and salt in the mixture. Cook it for around 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add sam water and give it a good mix. Add Kasuri methi and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Finally add paneer, mix and cook it on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Garnish it with chopped coriander and cheese. Paneer masale is ready to serve.
