Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMaida
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 table spoonrawa
  4. 2 table spoonKasoori methi
  5. 1 tea spoonjeera /sauf
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Oil for dough
  8. 1 tea spoonAjwain
  9. 1 tea spoonKhada dhaniya
  10. Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Sabhi dry ingredients ko mix karein.

    Two cups oil garam karein. Maide me oil dal kar sabko acchi tarah mix karein. Hathon me aata le kar muthiyan bana kar dekhe.

    Garam pani thoda thoda dalte hue kadak dough banaye. Ise one hour ke liye dhak kar rakhe.

    Ab dough ko 5 minutes ke liye goothe. Phir choti choti balls banaye.

    Ek kadhai me oil garam karein. Balls ko hatheli se dabate jaye. Mathri jyada patli ya moti na ho.

    Oil garam hone par mathri usme dalte hue gass ko sim aanch kar de. Mathri ko hilate jaye jisse ek barabar sikegi.

    Ab golden brown mathri fry krte hue oil se nikalte jaye.
