Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl take rava, rice flour, curd,ginger chilli paste little water and red chilli powder mix well and keep aside for 2hours

Sprinkle little salt in the vegetables

If batter is too thick add more water to it now add baking soda and salt to it mix nicely.Heat 1 tsp oil add rai and curry leaves when crackle,pour this in the batter. Heat a non stick tawa and spread 1 tsp oil then pour a laddle full of batter spread, it should be be thick

Spread veggies on top press with a spatula put 1 tsp oil on sides

When one side is done flip and cook for a minute on medium heat

Serve with any sauce
