Taste and color. You can always play with the ingredients and add whatever you like, it can be squash, pumpkin, garlic...yeah, whatever.
Cooking Instructions

Wash your chick peas in order to remove salt.

Wash your beetroot and boil in water for 40-50 minutes. You can bake beetroot in the oven covered in foil and works perfectly.

Dice the beetroot, and place it in a mixer with the chick peas.
- 4
Add the garlic, oregano and olive oil and mix until nice and pasty.
- 5
Plate and store.
