This is really so easy to make real bengali khajur gud ka rasgulla.
Cooking Instructions

First rub the paneer for 10 minute and again grind it for 2minutes in mixer jar.

Now make even sized balls with the mixture and set aside.

Take 3 cup of water in pressure cooker and add jaggery. Let it boil for 5minutes. After 5minutes add paneer balls in it. Cover the lid remove whistle and let it cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.

Allow the pressure cooker to cool and your Jaggery rosgulla is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving,Can be served hot or chilled.

Garnish jaggery rasgulla with pistachios.
